The online academy is a resource made available to all of our athletes.
The academy provides you access to nutrition and recipe ideas for pre/post-workout, competition, and snacks. Plus, injury prevention exercises, workout plans specific to YOUR team, and MORE!

In addition to workouts and mobile app, we will provide education on pre/post-workout nutrition, additional workouts, and injury prevention tips.

Meet your conditioning coach
Coach Jodi Sussner was a competitive gymnast throughout High School as well as college tennis and dance athlete. She has since coached athletes of all ages and continues to teach group fitness and produce online fitness videos and programs. She is a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist and specializes in athletic nutrition.
