Boys Conditioning - MIDDLE SCHOOL

For all boys going into 6th - 8th grade for the 2020-2021 school year.

SESSION-2

July 20 - August 14, 2020

This program teaches an athletic training model of progression through periodization. Each athlete will receive expert, guided instruction, and modifications when needed.

Maximum of 10 athletes or less per class.

MEET COACH SUSSNER

A former free safety for the Minnesota State University-Moorhead football team, Jayme experienced his share of hard-work and challenges in his athletic pursuits. His effort and commitment successfully pushed him through 2 knee surgeries. As a result, he was able to rejoin his team for 4 full seasons. This perseverance carries over into his training style.

Jayme holds a Masters Degree from UW-La Crosse and certified as an Exercise Specialist through the ACSM, CrossFit Level-1, and RKC Kettlebell.

Jayme is a wealth of knowledge with a no-nonsense approach to training and coaching. His current passions include coaching Chaska High School football and youth baseball, CrossFit, and developing SPC youth summer camps.
