All sessions are held at CrossFit Chanhassen. We will focus on safely building strength, cardiovascular conditioning, balance, and flexibility. See details regarding training dates, time, and package pricing below.

Strength & Conditioning - Gymnastics

For all gymnasts 7th-12th grade during the 2020-2021 school year.

Session Dates

June 23th - August 7th
(makeup dates August 11 & 14)

*No class Friday, July 3rd*

Each athlete will receive expert, guided instruction, and modifications when needed.

All CDC recommendations for cleaning and social distancing will be enforced.

8-Class Package

Sessions Held on Tuesdays and Fridays each week. Choose ANY 8 classes between June 23 - August 7th.

MEET COACH SUSSNER

Coach Jodi Sussner was a gymnast throughout High School as well as a college tennis and dance team athlete. She has since coached athletes of all ages and continues to teach group fitness and produce online fitness videos and programs.
She recently became Board Certified as a Holistic Nutritionist and specializes in athletic nutrition, holds numerous coaching and training certifications, and a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology/Human Performance. She is excited to support our gymnastics team in the off-season!
