The online academy is a resource made available to all of our athletes.
The academy provides you access to nutrition and recipe ideas for pre/post workout, competition, and snacks. Plus, injury prevention exercises, workout plans specific to YOUR team and MORE!
Masks will be worn into and out of the building per COVID safety guidelines and all equipment will be sprayed down before and after their session.
Access to the online academy begins immediately upon registration.
Meet your coach
Coach Jodi Sussner was a competitive gymnast throughout High School as well as a college tennis and dance athlete. She has since coached athletes of all ages and continues to teach group fitness and produce online fitness videos and programs. She recently became Board Certified as a Holistic Nutritionist and specializes in athletic nutrition.
